BOOK IN is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience for all our users. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected online through the BOOK IN Web site.

We store data in a controlled and secure environment and access to this database is restricted. However, it remains each Member's responsibility:

• to protect against unauthorised access to Your Details
• to ensure against use by anyone else while they are "logged on" to the  BOOK IN secured site

Opt-out policy

You may have your details removed at any time. Please email your request to Reservations@bookin.co.nz and we will remove your Details from the system.
A user may, at any time, change, correct, modify or delete any personal information they may have provided to BOOK IN by logging in and selecting ‘Information’ from the My Profile menu

Credit Card Information and Processing Payments Online.

BOOK IN uses QSI Payments, a Paymark Certfied Solution Provider to securely process online payments. For more information about Paymark program, please visit www.paymark.co.nz. When paying using a credit card online, the connection is 128bit SSL secured and your credit card details are sent to The National Bank of New Zealand and not disclosed to BOOK IN

Cookies

Cookies are used to facilitate optimal use of the BOOK IN secure site by users, by means of a temporary "session" cookie. These cookies disappear when the Member's browser session ends, or if the user "logs out" of the system.

Booking Online

Each property that you request bookings with will have access to contact data supplied by you. BOOK IN will also use collected information to evaluate and administer our service and respond to any problems that may arise. Your Email address is our primary contact method. You may receive emails from time to time in regards to your bookings.

We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity of our site and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; to fulfill your requests; or to cooperate in any legal investigation.
